A 30pt barrier is good with a little bit of backup attacking. If you run him, run him for his barrier, not for his damage, consider any damage he does a bonus.

Still, again he hasn't the F4 keyword to infiltrate them.

With the new rules incoming he is gonna be able to running shot with 11 attack and 4 damage (just for 30 points), that's real good.

Another good Skrull. If you can keep him at range he has some seriously good stats. If you play him with the other F4 Skrulls should be easy. Mr. F is equipped with plasticity, empower, and poison so throw him and Thing in keep this guy back shooting. He provides barrier too.

I am not that impressed with this dial when compared to a couple of the other "Fantastic" Skrulls. It has a respectable combination of powers for the point cost, but relying on a 6-range with a grounded figure doesn't give me much confidence that it will be as effective (considering Lines-of-Fire) as using other Skrulls to get in close to enemies.

He gets a significant boost under the new 2021 rules of no pushing damage and rce being passive. a 30pt that can running shot for 11/4 is certainly worth considering.
