Wow, a great addition to the Enforcers! Giant Reach:X is not a combat value hence not limited by Ro3, so Blackheath could potentially get Giant Reach:10 !! Include eax021 Fancy Dan and a few iim006 Dreadnoughts, and Samuel can get to DV 6 for a Close from farther away than the vast majority of Range-centric figs with a potential for a 20-square swing!?!

No- combat abilities can not.. only “Standard or special powers”. Giant reach is neither.

Giant reach is actually called a Keypharse ability..(can’t get my phone to copy/ paste the exact text... but here’s the link and the verbiage, Section 12, pg 26 “key phrase abilities”

OUTWIT FREE: Minimum range value 6. Target an opposing character within range and line of fire and choose either a standard power, or a special power printed on the target’s card. The target can’t use the chosen power until your next turn.

This Character does not disappoint, especially on a Maggia or Enforcer team. Use two of them to generator 4 Simuloids, and EAX021 Fancy Dan for free attack, they become especially vicious. Taken out a Chase Thor, and pushing these guys to death for them to just come back, Spectacular Synergy.

I had mine customized to look like the Plant-Man. I won a battle royal tonight with his quake. First time I got to play him since he got customized a year a half ago. What an awesome figure. Masters of Evil themed team. My venue finally reopened to tournaments. He’s worth all of his 75 points.
