A very solid dial! This one will see map time with my martial artists. It's not often we see a "Rolling Strike" ability like we do here, which was seen in sog047 Batman. A plus here is that Hepzibah has the "martial artist" keyword, and she's a lower cost.

Does "another friendly character" mean besides herself, or besides the character she already Perplexed?
