If Moira X is on a latter click, can a previous ability that she currently possesses from her trait be Outwitted? Or can ONLY the abilities currently displayed on her dial be Outwitted?

OUTWIT FREE: Minimum range 6. Choose a target opposing character within range and line of fire and then choose one: any standard power -OR- a special power printed on the target’s card. The target can’t use the chosen power until your next turn.

The player using outwit can choose any standard power, even one Moira does not possess on any click, and Moira won't be able to use it (if she for example gains it from another character or equipment).

So any standard power* can be outwitted including those present on Moira's pervious clicks.

* Unless its part of special power and/or trait that Protected: Outwit or the character has SAFEGUARD: Outwit.
