On the right map this guy can be quite good. Shooting through blocking from 8 squares away is pretty tough to deal with. His real awesomeness comes from his ability to turn off your opponents team ability such as Cosmic Energy so you can outwit them. I suspect he'll see more play at 75 because of that. Overall this guy is good but a bit overcosted.
