I like that he has toughness so you dont have to worry about poison. Base your opponent over and over, let him die so Deadpool can become nastier.

"Base your opponent over and over"...? What does that even mean? Deadpool can make exactly one Jeff per game, so he's not making any more to do anything "over" again.

Base also means tie up. He's suggesting you use this piece to constantly stand next to an opponent so that they're forced to engage with it or take a 50/50 chance at breaking away.
