For mysterio 036 with the illusion generator. Is it allowed to have multiple copies of this character each having their own illusion generator? I wasn’t sure quite how that works

Yes, that is fine. The objects come from outside the game, so they are not subject to the restrictions for objects.

You could even have Mysterio start with the Illusion Generator and also include one on your force that starts on the map.
