So you are getting an extra 100pts out of him, thats pretty good. His stats are still decent in todays game too so he is still definitely playable. A full dial of flurry with free regen. Still a very strong piece as he was back in the day.

I think F4032 Triton at 40 points is a given for the first fig I would choose to summon because of his Probability Control. Any ideas on who else to bring in?

@Vigilante OP kit Mera and RE Dolphin are other good options (depending on map of course) if you're playing modern. Outside of Modern you could use HQGG King Shark on his 50pt line.

Could you bring in chase namor? He has dolphin granted per his trait.

@RageFueledKitty has to be 50pts or less.

BTAS 065 Aquaman is a good option. The McKenzie needs water terrain for Free Regen, and Arthur can generate up to 6 water markers Free up to 4 squares away.
