So I was Troll and Toad about to buy Falcon #030 when I noticed it kinda needed to use Redwing #030 BT but I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know where I might find it?

In the event you ever decide to get it, the Redwing and chimney are designed to be removed from the sculpt to represent the bystander. There are a number of figures in the Captain America set that have this feature.

Unfortunately it is reflective - prismatic background makes it an eyesore..... I proxy the Civil War movie Redwing and use the stats off the card....

Ok, thanks. That sounds like a really cool feature. (and yes that was the one I was referring to) I think I'm going to go ahead and get just for that.

Please note that if the one you get is like mine, the Redwing is on there very tight, but it will come off.
