I don't know if we have confirmation of an "Infinity Gems Ultron" from the upcoming Disney+ set, so in the meantime I'm trying to noodle out an All Ultron force using my collection. Despite my abysmal pulls during the 2015 AoU OP event, I was happy that it was finally possible to build a force of Ultrons... which was one of my earliest wishes in HeroClix that was constantly frustrated by point values.
In the years since, I've had better luck with pulls of my shiny little robot buddy. Here is my current thinking:
I am very tempted to use the CAAV chase at full (150) points, but I worry about the figure getting dog-piled. Since I have TWO of those bad boys (sigh, nobody wanted to trade for the extra and now I find myself unwilling to let it go...) I think compromising down to 100 point-line (click 4) and adding the top-dial PC from the 50-point line (click 7) to be a good choice. My meat-sack gut tells me that putting the same two chase figures plus a SR prime on the team, with roughly equal point costs, may inspire opponents to simply kneel in frustration before the inevitability of their robot overlords. A single high-point figure may inspire the fleshy ones to target a single-high cost enemy in hopes of breaking the robotic rebellion.
Ultron Pym is too good to pass up. The dial (and TA, and cost) by itself is wonderful, but the traits put this figure over-the-top. This is a dial worthy of traited Mastermind, and that it can generate its own Mastermind fodder is simply gravy (or hydraulic fluid).
Ever since the introduction of keywords, a majority of players have concentrated on building keyword theme teams, and an even higher percentage of players will pack Probability Control. Galactic Genocide is my kind of trait... and I must admit that the name of the trait, paired with the effect on both theme teams and Probability Control, is precisely the sort of campaign for which I personally would dispatch murderous robots into the game of HeroClix.
The Mission Points are not part of a strategy for victory for me, but I think they could distract opponents. I also feel that by putting mission point markers on the map it might be slightly easier to make the case to a disinterested judge when an opponent may be stalling.
For reference, here is the dial for the Ultron Drone BST that can be generated. I like how the spawned drones have the Masters of Evil TA (Colossal Stamina) to assist in collecting Mission Points, this is one of the rare nice touches I see that consider game play.(Of course, WK design team disappoints me)
The team is rounded out with some low-cost drones from the Age of Ultron OP set. I opted for Ultron-5 because with the MoE Team ability granting Colossal Stamina (a RETIRED game concept, how stupid was this change?!) these drones can end up providing some ranged damage boosts. Other pieces like the Ultron 18.2 (Drone) or the Ultron (Phalanx Drone) offer better offense and Enhancement, but I can't guarantee that they will end up on those clicks.
Alternate ideas:
The only alternate team build that comes to my mind is to replace one of the 30-point Drones with a 20-point (robotic) Redwing, and use the remaining 20 points to give the ATA Robot. This combination can allow for a slight improvement in to-hit chances for the team, and with Perplex available to boost range, attack and defenses, this could be an advantage. Personally, with the many multi-target offenses I would lean towards a damage boos instead.
If you are willing to allow Ultron to recruit "Robots" that are less obviously committed to the Path of Metal, I would suggest replacing the Drones with something like a pair of FFFF 032v Jim Hammond. The SHIELD TA will boost not just range, but can also boost damage... and they may make slightly better Mastermind fodder as well. Top-dial Leadership is nothing to throw sparks at considering that these guys will likely be adjacent to Ultrons.

Reason: Master of Evil TA changed on me!
I missed/forgot this change to the Masters of Evil Team Ability, as of 2022 it is:
MASTERS OF EVIL - When an adjacent friendly character makes a close attack, modify the target’s defense -1 if the target is adjacent to this character.
This is significantly worse for the force I posted, and means that I should probably reconsider which drones are used.
