this was wayyyyyyy before he joined the Outsiders. When he joined the outsiders he was wearing the black costume with the blue across his chest.

This piece just got way better thanks to the new rules, which makes me very happy since I recently acquired it. Glad that when I get a chance to use it the new rules will have taken effect.

I dismissed this piece in the past, but I'm looking at it with new eyes. Maybe it's all the changes to powers and abilities since this figure came out, but they're looking not just usable, but downright interesting. They have useful powers on every click, and the Duo attack ability no longer activates the DDM, so with the right positioning they could be dealing some nice damage. Of course you want to keep them from getting based early on, but if they do and get damaged, then they transition into a dial with benefits for close combat as well as ranged. I may have to finally seek one of these out.

Damage Deduction Modifier is no longer in effect with the Duo Attack Ability?! So they could range attack with equal amounts of damage using the Duo attack ability, just like with Flurry and close attacks? Sorry. Been out of the game for a while.

Is this true with Multi-Attack Ability as well then??

Since DDM is gone, duo attack should go back to its original wording which is: minus one to 2nd attack's damage. With regards to Multiattack, they took away the minuses a long time ago.
