He's not bad, but he just can't get into the battle without taking a hit. Having no move and attack and a zero range hurts him. His defense powers are pretty good, but yikes does it fall.
high damage, with super strength and damage reducers makes for a mighty robot for his points, but he isn't standing up to the hulk any time soon. needs some support to either block lines of fire or just provide tk/cover to really get the most out of his points though- otherwise you'll be shot past your opening good clicks before you base the enemy.
Another figure that I played for the first time last night. He died pretty quickly, but that had little to do with him, and more about a bad placement on my part. He's a decent representation of the character, considering he's a 'Rookie' version. High AV, nice Damage reducers, excellent Damage potential (especially with a Heavy Object) A solid little package for a lowish point cost.
Trade to Canada. We're friendly, and we love Beavers..........
High damage and no range always suffers from having no move and attack, but at Bi-Beast's generally low cost for a figure with such high damage, the issue isn't THAT bad. For under 80 points, having the potential to do 6 damage up close on the top click is impressive, and having Plasticity on that click can be brutal. Due to how easily Bi-Beast can be taken out before he gets his good hits in, don't be afraid to push him. After all, his solid damage output won't work out for you if you let him get KO'd or just rendered near useless before he gets his hits in. And with his top 5 clicks able to potentially deliver 5+ damage, that's big damage you want to make sure is being dealt out (or at least attempted).
Considering his point cost I think people are expecting too much from him... it's rare to find such a high attack and damage on a brick at this level, and his defenses are "adequate" without being stellar. The Plasticity is what separates him from the usual fare... he can more or less ignore whatever Super-Senses flunkies end up in his path and make his way to his intended target, or alternatively he can force someone to deal with him who doesn't want to. Attack and damage numbers are consistent and strong. Force Blast at the end is a nice surprise, and you can set him up in anticipation of that, because with Willpower that's a lot of slamming into a wall you could do.

Wow.....this guy is actually really good! More than one click with a printed damage value of 4. Incredibly consistent attack values for 70 points? His last two clicks he finally drops below 9 attack. You won't be attacking much on those clicks anyway. Force blast is your main goal on those last two. He has powers to keep his opponent near on his top dial, then blast his opponents away on his end dial....this guys awesome in so many ways. Would've loved a surprise outwit power, im pretty sure I remember one of his heads being smart. And no brute keyword?
