I'm just glad to get a modern version of him.

I really like this guy. His Flurry+Incap+3 bolts means he'll be dropping tokens and decreasing damage on a bunch of people. That, or he can just drop 6 pen damage. Excellent uncommon.

He's got either flurry/exploit or flurry/cce. I'm not seeing a scenario where you would ever want to use that incap power. Maybe in a rare triple target scenario where you can't do any damage but i suspect that wont happen often. His stats are a little on the low side too.

But Goop, isn't incap passive now? giving a token in addition to damage?

Fastcat99, it’s not a RANGE or CLOSE anymore but when you use it, you are still giving an action token instead of dealing normal damage.

I feel like he would work well with SVC Waldo Arms. Let's you actually use the special incap effect if you get it. Overall, seems like a really fun piece, though incap may be used few and far between.

@FlashSpidey I took your advice and dang he did deliver, gave War Machine some well needed support up close. But it seems like he can put in work with almost any equipment you give him: web shooters, symbiote, you name it
