So, with Hypersonic Speed, I seem to remember that at one point if the user failed to break away on the first move, then he or she could not attack and could not take the second move.
1: Is this still (or has this ever been) correct and current?
2: If so, what about the wording specifically causes this to happen as such?
If a character failed to break away, that move immediately resolves. For the rest of that action or triggered effect, that character can’t move, make an attack, or be given FREE
actions. The most common example is a power like Charge, where after the character fails to break away they may not attack.
