I'd say he's pretty well costed now. The change to Force Blast can potentially make his 4 damage an 8. Actually, he can potentially deal 16 damage in a turn with his dual attack power. That's pretty nuts.

Thor's Mighty Chariot's damage is 4. If you hit somebody with his 4 damage, and are on the special speed power click, they would get knocked back 4 squares and take an additional 4 damage. Duo attack grants an extra attack which would make it 16 damage, potentially, dished out on one turn.

We may finally have a playable Thor's Mighty Chariot with this upcoming Legacy card. Looking forward to seeing what it does.
