This is not one of my favorite Sword objects, as its effect relies on not just how your opponent positions (and opposing force composition!) but also your ability to target specific opposing figures that may-or-may-not be positioned to use the effect. It is probably most effectively used on figures that can make single-target close attacks without having to get in base contact with opposing figures, such as the OP kit version of Death. Other figures that have Giant Reach or some other effect that also requires lines-of-fire to target non-adjacent opposing figures with close attacks will likely have greater benefit from a different choice of Sword object. I can't see investing 10 points in this unless on a character with an extremely weird combination of powers.
