He's a good support piece and secondary attacker. His marker is a little weak, i can only see it helping get out a longer charge, running shot or Hypersonic. He has stealth and tk but he also has 19 defend. I imagine because he doesn't have flight the best option is to carry him around helping with prob and increases your def. If you get in trouble he can TK you away. He's a bit complex and will take some finesse to play right.

Poor Dr. Strange and Jean Grey. Obvious flight poses and given boot speed on the dial. Beetle pod and glider to the rescue!!!!!

He is probably the weakest of the chases but I still like what he brings to the avengers , playing him with the new Ghost Rider Chase is a really nice combo , the TK to help him set up for his special RAM can’t be over looked and the +2 speed also can kick for when he’s doing a taxi move. Sculpt is amazing it’s kinda of what I’d expect in a solid 75 point strange, stealth up top and power cosmic / mystics is always nice to have.

Can someone enlighten me as to why you’d want to lower your defense value with his special defend.

Since Strange has Support on those clicks, I think that is your answer.

He does on 2 of the 4 times that power appears. I guess it makes sense on those clicks.

I had to get this chase. Really great powerset and Strange with the Power Cosmic? Wow! Only 75 points and is a great team support piece. Possible 19 close/ 21 defense from range on click 3, great sculpt, and helping friendlies to phase to where they are needed. I love this.

Now that the cloak of levitation is a thing you can give him flight finally… sidestep too which is great because I love sidestep + tk… especially with stealth!
