Not quite sure why Juggernaut gets Empower, but I definitely won't complain. This guy has all the bells and whistles of a Juggernaut at a budget cost, and does his job very well. Out of all the KO effects of the second wave of Danger Room clix, his feels the most forgiving with the high amount of penetrating damage in todays game. There isn't a whole lot to say about this guy, just a highly effect piece for his cost and my favorite of the new Danger Room clix. (they also reused my favorite sculpt for Juggernaut, so bonus points in my book).
Thematic: 9/10,
Viability: 9.5/10,
Fun Factor: 10/10, fairly balanced figure

Because it's not Juggs. It's Danger using a Jugg construct. So he/it boosts the other Danger Room robots.
Rules question, rules forum, terrible text formatting in actual comments, etc:
The trait checks if they're receiving or taking more the 1 damage then replace that damage with 1 if it's greater than 1. No effect aside of a amped-up Pulse Way will get passed that (by which I mean if they're the target of PW that deals more than 1 damage).
If any of the sentences would make more sense if the verb (or any other word) was a negative please treat it as such.
