Maybe Im missing something. And I havent read much about them. But have they just give the FF keyword an TA to the Circle of Four characters?

Seems like they're doing giving the FF keyword with this expansion.
Previous figures (like Spirit of Vengence Red Hulk adn XXS All-New Wolverine) had the CoF keyaord.

Swinging for 12atk/5dmg is nasty. Unfortunately the Anger token thing is mostly useless. If he's hit twice he's likely already dead. He seems like you will get one big swing and then be dead weight with no move and attack after his top click. There are many other cheaper pieces that do that for a much lower cost than 75.

Where is the Brute keyword?

Red Hulk is not a Brute like Green - he is a soldier.

2021 rules make him a lot more viable.
