Picking up from a previous closed thread I started talking Grodd LE's Devolution Power:
I'm musing building a shenanigans team around him, but always have a question about how formidable his devolution/perplex power in "Turn All of Humanity into Apes" trait is.
Wondering specifically about the interactions against these figures:
Devolve neutralizes his outwit, perplex and pick-a-power abilities, but would it nerf his combat +1 object perks?
Would devolve nerf the "Thanks for the Lesson" power, meaning no Chaos Marker?
Would devolve counter "Krakoa is for all mutants" the BCF d6 rollout from attack?
I appreciate the virtual brain trust!
Dream BIG, but keep the small dreams around just in case...

Yes it "I've worked with Scraps Before" is a trait, not a power, so the devolution token would not allow Iron Man to use picked powers, but would not affect the other portions of the trait

"Thanks for the Lesson" is trait not power, it's unaffected by devolution tokens

Again Trait not power.

If any of the sentences would make more sense if the verb (or any other word) was a negative please treat it as such.
I would say that a character with a devolution token would not be able to use blades claws fangs specifically, so at least you could take care of it on a per figure basis.
