This guy was the MVP of my sealed event. Rack up the Rally dice and put his Mind Control to work. Keep some Mastermind fodder close and a Perplex or two and he’s going to make your opponent angry fast. Worth way more than 35 points!

Remember you can do a costed and free of the same power. So depending on how the rallys go you can be doing double smoke bombs and/or double mind controls even. I'm shocked he's only 35pts. Have something big and fat to mastermind to though.

By far, the best Scarecrow we've ever had, IMO. Don't care for the sculpt compared to most of the prior ones, though.
