YOU JUST EARNED THIS WHOOPIN':#Force Blast, Hypersonic Speed, Stealth. When Captain America uses Hypersonic Speed and hits with a close attack, after resolutions he may place a hit character adjacent to himself, then use Force Blast as FREE.

I am confused on how this works. Can he use the Force Blast as FREE after he resolves the attack or the HSS as a whole? The way its worded, it could go either way.

"8.1c “After Resolutions” Triggered Effects
Some effects that trigger state that they resolve “after resolutions”. These effects wait for the current action or effect in which they were triggered in to fully resolve before they can begin resolving"

After the action is resolved, means he moved and/or attacked and/pr moved again (is able to), can place the hits charter next to Sam and use Force Blast as FREE.
