I think this puppy could use a toy: Scarface!! Even with the +1 bump from RCE on the dummy, I can see Lockjaw missing A LOT of attacks with Range 4 EE on a group of targets. ;-)

Just used him yesterday and he still works like a charm. The 8 clicks of life still surprises people too lol.

Crazy thing about him as well is that you can’t outwit Mastermind on the friendly characters since it’s not printed on their card. Crazy good legacy piece!

Edit: yeah...I was new to the game and didnt read outwit correctly. You absolutely can outwit mastermind.

You can absolutely Outwit something that's not printed on a card. In fact, you can name ANY power to Outwit on a figure, even if it's not anywhere on the dial, card, or granted elsewhere. For instance, if you thought a figure might get Super Strength somehow, even if they didn't have it at all, you could Outwit Super Strength "just in case".
