So, the Legacy card drops the cost by 10 points. Then it removes the 'do damage anywhere on the map'. So, for this to be worth the new 45 points, I think there needs to be some clarification on the new powers. 1. The Red Hulk. As a FREE action, can I transform in the opponents turn, should they damage Thunderbolt Ross and get ready to KO him? 2. Call in the Air Strike. There are 3 clicks that when revealed do 1 penetrating damage to the attacker and opposing characters adjacent to it. So, if an opponent deals 3+ damage to Thunderbolt Ross, can I trigger each click as it is revealed - stacking the damage and applying it at the resolution of the attack? Being able to cause 3 pen. damage to an attacker and his friends, could be worth 45-points. If not, and only 1 triggers, then how is he still worth so many points?

To answer your questions. 1. You can't be give FREE actions on opposing character's turns. 2. The damage doesn't stack, but you would deal 3 instances of 1 penetrating damage. So to a character with Invincible, it does nothing, but to a character with Super Senses/Shape Change, it would deal 3 penetrating. 3. He's super overcosted. You just ignore him

The OP Kit Legacy Card Invisible woman (2023) & General Ross could partner up to make sure that the character will survive long enough to activate the auto click of damage.
