Pulp format says every piece is unique. My question is, for characters that generate pieces from the sideline, for example
A4E Nick Fury, Maria Hill, Red Skull etc
A60 Militant
can you generate and have multiple copies of their generated characters on the map in Pulp format?
Most Wanted:DC Super Friends - El Dorado, Rima.
Finish the classic Legion of Super-Heroes - Light(ning) Lass, Ferro Lad, Chemical King, Quizlet.
Galactus is incorrect. Unique (and also Prime and Title) status only matters for assembling your force.

2.4a Unique Characters
Unique characters have a silver ring on their base and character card portrait. A team can only have one copy of each Unique character, denoted by a silver ring, but can have multiple different Unique characters.
Non-character game elements (like Special Objects) can also be labeled as Unique and follow the same rules.
You may not include more than one copy of a specific Unique game element between your starting force and sideline.
Waller KOs: AA Robin, Kid Devil, Joker, Question; AW E Cap; FCBD Iron Man; Miracle/Oberon; John Stewart x2, Iron Patriot; Shatterstar; IH Herc; CW Photon & Nitro; FF Nite Owl; 10An R Thor, E Iron Man, Weapon X; FF Kilowog; Hugo Strange; Calender Man; Legion Cosmic Boy & Lightning Lad, LE Pete Wisdom
It is also important to note that generated characters, such as those generated when a character succeeds at leadership, are usually not part of the sideline. Most of the time they come from outside the game.

I figured that was the case, which is why I said "given the intent of the format".
I wouldn't be surprised if it gets rules that you can't "spawn" duplicate figures. I also wouldn't be surprised if they left it alone and that became an annoying way they let pulp become more meta. That's Wizkids.

I'm not sure how you're divining intent to be something different given that Unique is a game term that's been defined a specific way for a long time.

Here is the actual rule that says it is legal to have conflicting unique game elements on your current force:
Quote
2.5a Restricted Characters and Current Force
Once the game begins, a conflicting Unique game element or Prime character may join
your force. For example, Mind Control can have an opposing Prime character temporarily
join your force even if you already have a Prime on your force.
Thank you all very much for the answers and discussion. We ran our first Pulp event last night and because of your answers I was able to explain how Militant could produce his Hydra Agents.
I ran 3 of the Hydra 4 - Bowman, Militant, Tactical Force -, A60 017 Hulk and A4E Taskmaster as my team, successfully generated the 2 A60 Hydra Agents that I own and had a good time trying out a new team.

I have kind of a tangential question in regards to this. Secret Identity characters don't specify sideline in anyway, does that mean they are from outside of the game?
I.e. svc016 Peter Parker has: Secret Identity: Spider-Man: When Peter Parker would be KO'd, you may instead replace him with a Secret Identity character with a listed name on click #9. This game, when that replacement is KO'd, it scores this character's points and an additional 25 points.
Would that let him become the SR svc054 Spider-Man on click 9?

Replacement characters always come from the Sideline. You would need to include the Spider-Man figure on your sideline in order to bring it in.

21.12 Replace/Replacing Characters
Certain effects allow a character on your force to be replaced with one or more characters from your Sideline. These effects always use the word “replace.” When characters are replaced, the character on the map will be swapped with one or more characters from your sideline.
