Hello! I have a question regarding Mysterio's "WHAT HORRORS DO YOU SEE IN THE SMOKE" power. I understand that the power lets you use those two powers (Mind Control and Incapacitate) as a free action as long as Mysterio has those powers on the dial. That is, the power itself does not give you the powers, it only lets you use them as a free action if you already have them. Which means that in the first click it could not do Mind Control as a free action (since it doesn't pose it). In addition, if one of those two powers is targeted with Outwit (for example, Incapacitate), it could not use it as a free action that turn either. I think this is so because if the special power itself let you use both Mind Control and Incapacitate, it wouldn't make sense for Mysterio to have those two powers printed all over his dial. But since I'm not sure, I prefer to ask here. Thank you so much!

That trait grants him either of those two powers, under the conditions listed. He doesn't need to have the powers showing on the dial in order to use them via the trait.
