It's absolutely your figures, your choice, but as the aesthetics of the game have been all over the place since day 1, I don't have the same issue. It's almost a case of "these are the characters from a limited run comic" as much as anything else.

I will say that unless the set looks a lot better than D1 did, I'm only going to buy boosters if forced to as part of an event. That D1 has the worst ratio of chaff to value in any set in the last five years.

Yeah, clearly there's some restrictions for what they can do with an MCU set nowadays, at least a D+ set. No Legacy cards in the last set, and there was that curious absence of generics too

I noticed that the official solicitation doesn't actually mention Ms. Marvel. Was she mentioned anywhere else?

Yeah, why would they skip the Ms Marvel show? Are they saving it for an unannounced The Marvel's movie set?

I have to wonder if the Chases from this set will all be from Werewolf by Night—could be cool to have black-and-white sculpts on a ruby-red dial, and it would hopefully help distinguish them as I imagine we’re getting a number of the same characters in the Wheels of Vengeance set.
