Perhaps a stupid question but need an answer.

Kryptonite-Fused Sword of Athena: Exploit Weakness, Leadership. // When Wonder Woman hits, give each hit character a Slash token. This game, if those characters would reduce damage by more than 1 they reduce it by 1 instead.

1. There is no mention as to how to remove the Slash token once an opponent is given one.
2. Next sentence says when the Slash tokened character would reduce damage they can only reduce it by 1…not only from when Wonder Woman attacks but when they would reduce damage.

So question is, can she run around the map giving multiple, permanent Slash tokens to opposing characters, allowing friendlies to then strike and only have their damage be reduced by a max of 1?

@disbeeme They get a slash token, and it stays there unless they decide to change it later. It says "This game" so it doesn't matter if the power is lost, or Wonder Woman is no longer on the map.

They also reduce damage only by one for the rest of the game. So its like they are locked to Toughness instead of any other ability.
