SO - I acquired a piece (-Green Torch-) on ebay, (from the USA - I'm in the UK) It was the sort of price you would expect, and it took a while to arrive - but it arrived today. All the import stickers and etc were fine, there were no extra charges, and the box did not look as though it had been opened in-transit. The box was well taped and well packed (with newspaper pages from the daily mail, oddly), BUT there was no character card included.
I checked the advert on ebay, and it said Green Torch w/card, and had a photo.
I then emailed the seller, and have received an "out of office" reply.
So, while I wait 3 days or so for him to reply, does anyone have any suggestions for how to proceed, assuming he says it was in the box ?
LoL

I'd file a dispute. Assuming an honest mistake, it won't be much effort for the seller to ship the card.
Informing my advice: It was a few years back, but not too many, I ordered a PCB from an over-seas seller. I didn't get it at all, and filed a dispute. They sent me (another?) one, so happy ending? If I hadn't filed the dispute, the seller wouldn't have known I never got what I had paid for.
