What an obnoxious character! Reminds me of Impossible Man. Jump in a character's face, tie them down with Plasticity, Perplex up Jokester's defense, Perplex down their attack, Outwit whatever you please, and then let them swing at a 21 defense with -1 attack against Jokester's Probability Control. Wildcarding Batman Ally is evil!

If this is Earth-3 Jokester I'm wondering why he has Gotham City Underworld keyword. Wasn't he the hero of that Earth?

While he was heroic, he still had to work in the underworld since Owlman and the Crime Society ruled his Earth. He was sort of a freedom fighter and spent a lot of his time in hiding.

just got him. i wish DC would do a retroactive Countdown keyword for the main characters from that event. I bought all the issues of that monster sized series, and most of the cross overs.
One of Linkara's funniest old videos is when he reviewed all 52 issues of Countdown (not in one video) and the comic book issues assembled into a monster and attacked him.

For Heroclix, they did hand out Donna Troy, Red Hood and Kyle GL for free at conventions in the late 00s - I remember getting all 3 maybe at SDCC or something. So remakes would include the original Monarch, Karate Kid, Triplicate Girl, Monitor, Ryan Choi Atom, Ray Palmer Atom, and of course The Jokester. And very evil powerful Superman Prime, and the unlucky JLA of the Earth that he absolutely destroyed, and poor Mr Myxzlplk. And Bob the Monitor, and the characters from Kamandi's Earth. And the Challengers from Beyond.
