He's pretty nice for that trait if you play it to take advantage.

I don't think I'm using Incap top dial too often when Iceman can dish 4dam with 13atk! Later dial multi-target Incap is great for Iceman and this is the coolest Bobby we got since UXM ;-)

Or a 14/5, if his teammates are also 100 points. Two STOP clicks and a Willpower trait is too good for Bobby, IMO. I also don't care for him having 8 clicks, or a full dial, of Sidestep—that's way too much.
