Is it so that there can be only one of same unique but non-uniques can be butted to single team much as you can get? Is this determined by name or by number of mini?
Yes, you are looking for hope - Magneto to Professor Charles Xavier, X-Men 1
Rookie/Experienced/Veteran: You can have a as many of each of these characters on your force up to the build total with the exception of characters with the same color Arch-Enemy Base from the same set that with the different names (sorry if that part sounds confusing).
Unique/Limited Edition/Super Rare: You can have only one of any of these on your force with the same name from the same set with the same collector number. you could have an Infinity Challenge U Spider-man, a Clobberin' Time U Spider-man, a Limited Edition MM Peter Parker, and a CM V Spider-man all on the same force at the same time as long as the total points of your force does not exceed the build total. Note: The Uniques from Infinity Challenge and the Uniques from Marvel Universe are not considered to be the same set in Unrestricted Play.
