You must re-roll both dice. You only reroll one die when you're rerolling something like a breakaway roll where you only rolled one die to begin with.

You CAN-

Reroll YOUR dice rolls on YOUR turn.

or

Reroll your OPPONENTS dice rolls on your OPPONENTS turn.

You CAN NOT reroll your Opponents rolls on Your turn, or Your rolls on your Opponents turn. IE: No Super Sense or Impervious rerolls.

You must reroll both dice if the roll included two dice (such as an attack roll) or one die if it was a one die roll (such as Blades/Claws/Fangs).

You can't reroll your die rolls on your opponents turn (such as Super Senses or Impervious) or make your opponent reroll his rolls on your turn. Also you cannot use PC on a Pulse Wave attack if you are in the attack's range.

It is possible ('though highly unlikely) to reroll SSS/IMP but why bring that up? Oh wait, i just did. Doh! 8o)

Also note that you cannot make one opponent reroll on another opponent's turn in multiplayer.

No, *they* are *all* "your opponent*s*." Please note these plural cases. Then please also note how Probability Control is worded in relation to your opponent:

"Also, you may at any during one opponent's turn use this character to force him or her to reroll one die or dice roll."

During "one opponent's turn" you may force "him or her" to reroll.

Please also also note the last sentence when playing multiplayer:

"In multiplayer games, you may use this character's Probability Control only once when it is not your turn."

(We should assume here that they mean "only once in between your turns, I'm not sure how they missed that, but...) You only get to use it against one opponent, on their turn.

You are forcing an opponent to reroll during his or her turn. You cannot force an opponent to reroll during a different opponent's turn.

What he is referring to in his post is the specific instance where one of your figures (with SS or IMP) is adjacent to an opponent's figure. One of your figures attacks the opponent's using Energy Explosion. To avoid the splash, you roll for your SS (or IMP). If you fail, you can reroll since it it on your turn.

Yes, it is rare when this occurs, but it doesn't change the fact that it can be done.
