its a 400 point unrestricted game, all must be on the same team. also the wildcard teams will be given different powers so they dont get shafted. i was thinking brotherhood or maybe MoD. and suggestions on which team and what clix?
try X-men,you hvae all the powers you will need.. outwit( with cable/ soldier X) STEALTH HITTER( bishop after his push damage with trickshot, or cyclops with trickshot!!!) perplex( gambit) PC( domino) heavy hitter( Wolverine{ only ofr the x-men team.. other wise he is a secondary attacker!!!} havok{ range, and close... plus the EE works wonders sometimes!!!} polaris( REV personally, i would go with the V, she is a good hitter up close, TKer, range she is good too!!!}) you have basically everything you need with that team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just ran a similar team (400 pts only Marvel, either a team with figs from mutant teams, or team with figs with other teams, no non team figs allowed.)
For my mutant team, I ran
Vet Psylocke
Vet Gambit
unique Phoenix with Trick Shot
Vet Storm
Vet Jean Grey
Exp Havok (Brotherhood).
Exp Sabertooth
I won, but only after Exp Ultron copying the Ultimates TA rolled a 3 and missed an attack and gave me the chance to retaliate.
Could have done better with an outwit, or a cheap piece to tie up Ultron.
Would probably not played the Vet Jean as her support is not used a lot (but the x-men TA saved my life).
Easy enough for you to sub out Havok and Sabertooth (the Alex Sumers LE is great for the cost and has an 8 range instead of the 6 the rookie has.) Also, change to Wolverine or Marrow (sarah preferred) and give them auto regen.
Every relationship is fundamentally a power struggle, and the individual in power is whoever likes the other person less.

Brotherhood is good if you have the Running shot Magneto Unique, make sure to bring double PC and Mystique, just because you can. Sabertooth is good with alot of PC, especially the IC one with alot of regen.
MOE is hard to build because of a lack of flyers.
You're gonna see alot of X-men, and they do make a pretty good build, but they don't have alot of defence or damage reducers, and until Mutant Mayhem, they would have a hard time getting through Invulnerabilty. I would make sure to have Havok and Bishop on an X-men team this size, for redundant damage-reducer-bypassers, then any and all of the many, many sweet X-men Uniques you have, and fill space with cheap support-minded figures like Ice man and Jean Grey (and E Boom-Boom to make the most outta the TA ).
Avengers might be cool too, but I wouldn't know how to build a good Avengers team. Maybe Thor, Northstar, Puck, and then alot of filler characters?
