She was absolutely awesome in every game that I saw her in. If you know how to play her right then it becomes a liability to attack her. You just have to put out more tempting targets. Then WHAM she gets in a lucky psychic blast shot and ends it early.
Only dissagreements were small ones... V Sinestro was a beast with 18 deffense invuln 4 Damage 10 range 2 arrows outwit, and running shot, those kind of stats deserve 5 stars, especially for his price range.
I was witness to the deamon just tearing some teams up... and to be honest I didn't find activation clicks to be a huge problem, since teams were so limmited it was difficult to cross the baord realy fast with out pushing or leaving that one first strike figure all alone and vulnerable.
I know you'll get to this when you do feat cards, but I'm gonna say my pogs where the true heroes in my qualifier... with only 3 figures E Batman, U Wonder Woman, and R Wildfire. My 2 pogs were great for blocking LoS, basing opponents, and getting in the way of grounded chargers!
One of my pogs actually survived 3 attack attempts from V sinestro, and one from V Batman!

On Azs ratings. There's only 2 characters I disagree with you on a bit. First is Impulse. I had to painfully leave him out twice, as I'm a BIG new titans fan. I just couldn't justify 59 points on a figure that only does 1 damage in a set full of damage reducers and heavyweights. He would have been useful against stealth but that's about it.
This comment prompted me to look back over the stats for the set, and I realized that the majority of characters that do have stealth, only have it for a single click.
R + E Batman, R + E Mr. Freeze, Ravager, Talia, R Ra's Al Ghul, and Red Robin. Even then, the rest of them only have it for 2 clicks (with the exception of Hush.)
In that case, getting in a single hit with Impulse, and then following up with a ranger could be huge.
I agree the JLA aspect might not be much, but the stealth killer aspect is definately worthwhile.
You kind of prove my point with Jinx. I never said she was a bad piece. I just think that 5 stars is unwarranted - if you pull the right combinations of TAs to Wildcard, she's definitely a great pick. But if your team is mostly JSA, non-affiliated, etc, she's just a target, and an easy one to deal with. 5 stars should be reserved (as azs says in his header) only for must play pieces. Jinx doesn't hit that category for me. She's a solid 4 star character as far as I'm concerned, and under the right conditions will be an absolute terror on the board.

Originally posted by MSU Disagree completely...I had her paired with KC Red Robin, Titans Kid Flash (vet) and rookie Enchantress (Mystics). If you have teams out there to copy, by all means use her! Jinx was one of my MVPs because no one wanted to hit her for fear of taking Mystic Damage (in a sealed with no medics...people were wary). And in a set with no medics, pairing her up with Titans Kid Flash meant that if I do lose PC on her, I could use her to heal Kid Flash when he got hit so he could keep on trucking with the HSS. PLus, it was nice to see my opponents face when they tried to base her and I made them roll for the KC ability (made them think twice about basing her and wasting an action if I rolled that 1 or 2).
Jinx will as much of a pain to deal with like Domino. Psychic blast on a wild card PCer will be wonerful against the big guns and the Fortitudes.
at the SLC Pre Release, we had 3 judges fine tooth the wording on Outisders, from the rule insert (not sure if you have it there, the exact wording) but as we all read it, Outsiders would keep you from using anything that alters your values, ie BCF, CCE, RCE, ES/D, Defend, Perplex, JSA, Enhancement, PD etc. I mean, just not being Perplexable or Enhanceable shouldn't keep the TA from being copied (especially considering the revolving door that is the Outsiders team) but negating ALL of that??? Yeah, let's keep that from Doom please. I mean, if that's the case, Batman, Arsenal and Jade's worth need to jump a touch I would think...

Defend, JSA, Batman Enemy, BCF, etc. are REPLACEMENT values and do not modify combat values.
Those judges ought to get a call from hair10 . . .
ok, i just looked at it, and that Judge was wrong. He said he read that Defend was included in that, must have misread there. And since he said that, we surmised that BCF, Bat enemy/Sin Syn and JSA/Defenders were included. As for the CCE/RCE (i don't have the insert here) IIRC, the wording appears differently than what's posted here. We all looked at it and said that RCE/CCE, ES/D would fall under that...and no one argued that, all agreed to the definition....so until hair says something....
