Vet Silver Sable is a real pain. She has a wildard Spiderman TA that would work great with Ultimate Widow.
I would drop Callisto for Sable.
Sable's MM is kinda wasted but I think there is a female Hydra agent with a gun

2. Whitney Frost LE - stealth, outwit, MM, and poison for 51 pts

House Rule: Medics are +20 points. DEO Agents aren't medics because of their activation click(s).

How about this:

Total = 300 pts

By adding Silver Sable, this would effectively give you 2 pieces with the Ultimates TA. Sable also adds Leadership to the mix. Without any fliers or TK'ers, you might need the extra action to get your figures into location.
Adding Abbey Chase gives you an Outwitter, plus the DG TA that Sable could copy, as well.
Adding Mystique gives you a Perplexer right off the bat, and also the free move of the B'hood TA.
Domino moves to a Rookie, but maintains the PC, at a cheaper cost. If PC is the biggest reason she's on the team, this frees up some points to spend.
