question is the subject, last tourny a guy said i couldn't roll for ss when he incopacitates because it doesn't do dmg, so i'm just wondering if i got shafted, since i have a tourny tommarow and i'd like to know if i actually get my roll or not.

ss AVOIDS an attack, it doesn't reduce damage so, yes, you could dadge the Inc attack. (It says when char is hit by an attack, not an attack that deals damage)
