So, how are Dani Moonstar and Xian Coy Mahn less "original" than Bobby Da Costa, and how can you know who the New Mutants are and not have heard of them or Warlock?

I've played a couple of different variations on the champions team and I've always felt like they should've gotten Defenders especially since it would work as two teams in one for Angel and Iceman. Unfortunately, they didn't go that way and unless they are planning redos (Black Widow already has 8 figures!) of the other 4 characters, I wouldn't really want to see them start this idea with the last one.

Champions is an fun team to run, though - a solid mix of powers and the new Ghost Rider looks to bring make for an even better contribution to the existing power set than his stand-in was. I'm looking forward to throwing around some numbers for a new team when the set does come out.

I agree wholeheartedly with your comments on 'The Batman'. I too believe that there's nothing wrong with trying to revamp a tired franchise, but, come on...when you completely re-do every villain that Batman has ever fought into something that's almost unrecognizable, I look at it as doing more harm, than good!

A good read as always, Frontman. I completely agree about "Batman the Animated Series"; I LOVED that show. (Seperate note: Constantine was actually a pretty good movie. I'll admit it would have been even better if Mr. Constantine had actually been blonde and British... but it was still a pretty decent movie.)

oh yeah, haveing never read the comic Id have to say I liked constintine (though I missed the first 20-30 mins of the movie), but maybe if I read the comic I would think differently.

anyone think they will make a batman beyond click? Id love that, Batally, flying,outwit, either willpower or supersenses and high attack 11-12 for 3 damage.
