One question boys,I was playing with my friend and he was using ultimate hulk.As you know hulk has in all his encarnations battle fury.It states that the character may not be carried , may not make a ranged combat attack and may not be targeted by mind control. But it doesn't state that he can not be thrown by telekinesis.So...Is it possible?
when they made the rules adjustments that Flyers cannot carry fliers and figures that were carried cannot attack, It specificly didn't include TK because TK cost something to put on a dial (flying is apparently cheap).. and limiting it at this late date would unbalance the game away from TK, weakening older figures and making them less economical.
TK is now the #1 way to push to the front line. one of two with pounce in the mix.
To elaborate, what decoy_3333 is saying is that Hulk (or any Battle Fury) fig can be TKed out and can attack on that same turn. Carried figures, of course, can only sit next to their flyers or transporters and use Free actions, as they a prohibited from attacking until the next turn after being carried.

Absolutely right. Fliers come as cheap as 13pts(r. Parademon Scout), but the lowest-cost TKer is 27pt. r. Shade... but he only has late-dial TK. For front dial TK, it's the 28pt. Mandroid Armor (which is retired, so most go with 31pt r. Jean Grey). Any way you slice it, cheap TK is at least double the cost of cheap fliers.
Personally, I wish they would update Battle Fury, or at least split it into separate powers. Even an insane, raging Hulk will still throw objects around, but the BF restriction prohibits this. Some figs, like Spiral, only have BF because they're resistant to Mind Control, but still have to suffer its other restrictions. And of course, you now know that BF restricts only against being carried, not against being TKed... which makes not much sense to me. Here's what I think would be a good update:
Berserker Rage: This character may not be carried and may not be the target of Telekinesis from a friendly figure. This character may not make a ranged attack unless it is using an object as a weapon.
Psychic Shield: This character may not be targeted by characters using the Mind Control or Psychic Blast powers.
For cases where the limited benefit and harsh restrictions would truly apply to a character, then traditional Battle Fury could still be used.
Maybe it can be another zero-cost feat... or cheap.... like 3-5 pts.... I'm referring to Berzerker Rage.... if they're making it a feat, they might as well make 'em do more things, but then the feat woudl cost more.
As for Psychihc Shield.... maybe it can also be another cheap 3-5 feat... for figs with Battlefury.... and those with MC and/or Psychich Blast too.... or to make it a mroe expensive feat.... add the "if this figure makes a MC, it doesn't take damage from MCing over 100 pt figs"

Sure, Berserker Rage could also allow +2 for Close Combat attacks, multiple attacks/Flurry for every character adjacent when it's given a Close Combat attack action, free move to the nearest enemy(if within the character's Spd) if no opposing figs are adjacent... all of these go with a Berserker theme.

To me, that's different from PShield, something like: Mental Mastery
Prereq: Mind Control or Psychic Blast
Choose a character.
-When this character uses Mind Control or Psychic Blast, it ignores all damage that could result from that action (including Pushing damage, Critical Miss damage, and Backlash damage). When using Mind Control or Psychic Blast, treat this character's range value as an 8 (if it is less than 8).
Cost: 15
This gives 'mentalists' limited Willpower, allows PBers to ignore Crit.Misses like MCers do, and MCers don't have to worry about counting points. It even gives zero range MCers and short-ranged mentalists a boost, making them more of a threat.
