No. HSS option 1 is a Move Action that grants a free Close or Ranged Combat Attack. CCE is a Power Action (not a Close Combat Attack).

Actually, no you can't. HSS Option 1 grants a free Close or Ranged Combat Attack. EW is Close Combat Action and BCF requires that you use Close Combat Action to activate it. Neither Power works with HSS.

Yeah, about the only thing that works is Steal Energy, which works with practically everything.

...and Super Strength (which is what helps make Black Adam such a beast).
