My Mr. Teriffic outwits Juggernaut's Charge. My opponents Ra's al ghul outwits my outwit, but in doing so pushes, losing outwit. Does Mr. Teriffic's outwit still cancel Juggies charge?

Well, remember that outwit is a free action, so unless Ra's had to move to get within range, he shouldn't have had to push to outwit his outwit. Assuming that he DID have to move to get within range, and pushed, and lost outwit, then yes, the outwitted power is regained, in this case outwit, and it is still being used to outwit Juggies charge.

Going by what I just said, however, Ra's wouldn't have had the power when it was appropriate to use outwit anyways if he had to push to get within range, so you wouldn't have lost outwit in the first place.

Thanks much. How about this: Normally, 2 adjacent opposing or 1 friendly and 1 opposing adjacent figures are on the diagonal blocking line of sight for range purposes. What about 2 friendly figures on the diagonal? Do they block line of sight as well?

Yes, the two figs would block LOF, but you would be able to move freely through them if they were both friendly.
