ok. my friend was being annoying and using KC supes with fortitude, lazerus pit, damage shield, and lazerus pit. now then, kc supes died, so he used lazerus pit. now heres the question, on the turn that he comes back, can he attack on that same turn? and when he comes back, and his powers don't return, does he still have fortitude and ICWO?
well he does keep the cards and he has to roll to get his powers back and he can attack but he gain sucky powers so if you can kill him with the sucky powers like toughness and battle fury he is real no big threat.
a little hint for fortitude ( the dark blue thing on attack) that takes care of fortitude.

i just need this to be fully explained please.
Since the other two asked most of your questions, I'll answer the one they may have missed.
"Does he still have fortitude and ICWO"
Feat cards that are assigned to the character that has come back does NOT get to use those feats until he gets rid of his lazarus pit powers. So he would be outwittable, wouldn't be able to modify his own stats, and you wouldn't take damage for punching him. That being said, KC Supes has a LOT of health, and if you KO all the pogs he likely has with him, he's officially KOed. ALSO, remember that he has Battle Fury when he comes out initially, so he can't make any ranged attacks. This means that unless you're already based with the special marker (hopefully you've run the hell away), he can't possibly make that attack without someone TKing him that turn.
And I'm not certain on this, but I don't believe he gains the opportunity to roll to lose the "lazarus pit powers" when he initially comes out, as he is only allowed to do that at the beginning of his turn.

Indeed, he rolls for it in the beginning of the next turn only.
