I was just wondering if someone would be able to explain to me the Power Cosmic team ability. I know that you can't use outwit on a figure who has the power cosmic, but what I am confused about is how these figures can move. One person told me that they pretty much have willpower and have to clear every two turns. Someone else told me that any figure with the power cosmic team ability can move every turn and would never receive an action token. I dont know who is right, but i hope that someone can set me straight with how the power cosmic team ability works. Thanks in advance.

Only Phoenix and Galactus can continously move without having to clear. That is a special ability that is granted to them for being Big Figs. The PC TA keeps them from taking push damage.

Silver Surfer & Nova have to rest on the third turn, because they are standard figures and are governed by the rules for standard figures.
