Ok sorry for being a noob, but I was wondering the following:

1, does PDF reduce perplexed, ICWOed, and RCEed damage of just the printed value?

2. If not I answered this question on my own, but are there any ways around it?

The only thing that can get you more then 3 damage, is a roll of 12, or Super Strength.

Run guys like V Dagger, 3 but Psy Blast, or Iron Fist, 3 but Exploit weakness, and since basicly they can only be hit for 3, its going to take alot of work to bring one down. Also Sub-Mariner is FANTASTIC he only has 1 click of 4 damage, and the rest is 3 Super Strength or a 3 Flurry with a few 2s, and since he has 11 clicks of life, and a damage reducer every click, he is a beast!. Also, Sub Mariner as a mystic, is really painful, since he will only take 1 click of damage each attack, and so will your attacker!

Got a sub-mariner to trade me? :P

Right idea, wrong wording.

Nothing can raise your damage value above 3. Critical hits and using objects with Super Strength add to damage dealt. That is also why they are not subject to the rule of 3.

But I am correct in assuming that a BCF roll replaces your damage value, therefore it also could never be higher than 3 as well... right?

Correct. BFC rolls replace whatever Damage Value a figure has printed on its dial. If the roll comes up 4, 5, or 6, Power Dampening Field makes that new Damage Value a 3.

the new Vet Ghost Rider is excellent also! (Invuln, RS and PB w/ 3damage)

The rest of the REV isnt half bad either, but the Vet does pack the most bang for the points.
