Hi everyone. Long time reader, first time poster. I've been in HC since the start but i've only been to one tourney, and don't play as often as i would like. My collection is about 50-60 figs.
My fav peices that I have are: U Loki, V Captain America (Ultimates), V Juggernaut, U Apocalypse.

My question is this. Can you or can you not have a fig who has just been carried take an action after being put down (on the same turn)? I keep seeing contradictions about this everywhere.

Figures that have been carried may only be given free actions (i.e. Outwit, Perplex) that turn. Next turn they are free to act as you choose.

From the Universe Rule Book (page 15):
A carried character does not receive an action token for being carried, but may not be given an action (other than a free action) until the beginning of the next turn.
