Yes, I know its a poor TA, but I'm just trying to play devil's advocate here. I don't really see anything wrong with attacks that don't count against your allotment for that turn. The figures that are able to pull something like that off are hardly game breaking.

Now if there were an free move TA or wildcard figure that had HSS, 12 range, and 5 damage then you might have an arguement.
