Sure, but she is still pretty powerful. It will remove the Power Cosmic Ta and make her vulnerable to Outwit and pushing damage. But she's still able to do things like her multi-attack and take an action every turn (she'll just taken pushing damage like a Sentinel would by acting every turn).
