So the new Brainiac, who's 251 pts., has both outwit and Superman enemy team ability, right? Right? Now does that mean that:
A)He can outwit twice, once because he has the power and once because of the TA
B)He can still only outwit once, and has the TA as back up in case his outwit is outwitted, or he loses outwit or
C)That he is a victim of getting a TA he can't really use to be true to his comic representaion?
If somene could clarify this for me it would be much appreciated

No. The TA grants the Outwit power, so if figure already has Outwit the second power is essentially wasted. Just like you can't give a figure Outwit with ICWO if it already has Outwit.

Well, if Outwit is Outwitted, then that's it. Outwit is gone, countered. Doesn't matter if it was actually on his dial or granted by the TA. The only way to get Outwit back is to remove the Outwit of the opposing player that caused it to be countered in the first place. It *does* work as back up for the when Brainiac is actually off his Outwit clicks (like those couple in the middle where he has RCE).

No, he can still use the TA (just not terribly effectively most of the time). Also, if you were to have a higher point Superman Enemy (for example, throw a couple Feats on General Zod), then Brainiac could give someone else Outwit. That would have to be a pretty high point game, though...
Hair10 has said that in Icons you can't boost characters points with feats. So while a person might have 30 points of feats on them, it doesn't make a 70 character a 100 point for purposes such as mind control feedback, making someone able to have a certain sidekick, etc...
So in short, it was really silly to give him that TA.

I'd really like to wait for Icons to come out before saying that. Because it's 2 different things you're talking about here : when selecting characters for the Sidekick feat, it is still pre-game so you couldn't use feats to bump up costs since they are not yet active. MM and MC use the cost DURING the game, not before (you don't pre-select characters to be the official "meatwalls" of MM'ers).
What I'm saying is : has Hair10 officially said that for the puropse of MM and MC, feats won't count or has he been more vague and just answered a question about the sidekick feat saying that you won't be able to bump up the cost with feats to have V BA sidekick to Ares?
