I know this was probably asked ages ago, but I could not find the answer searching threads.
How far does the dumpster bounce after a succesful attack? I mean, if Black Adam was doing HSS Option 2 using the dumpster, could he keep using it? If so, how much damage could bve inflicted (following the rule of 3)? Would if just be used once?
And since I've got your attention, same scenario, but instead of dumpster, Black Adam had Rip it Up. What's the max damage?

The dumpster is set down in a square adjacent to the target chosen by the player who did the attack.

No. To pick up an object, you need to move (as part of a move or power action) through a square adjacent to the object. HSS option 2 includes no movement, hence no picking up of objects.
On the other hand, if Black Adam did a HSS option 1 close combat attack, he would be able to pick up the dumpster after his attack (provided it is in a square adjacent to him sometime during the remainder of the move... which is not a big problem, since you can place it in a square adjacent to Adam after the attack). With Adam, this is probably a better idea since he can only deal 4 damage with a HSS Option 2 attack due to the rule of 3.

Thanks.
Well, he can hit once with a light object, but that's hit. He doesn't even get a new one from the feat since you get the object at the beginning of the move...
what is this about HHSo2 and Rule of 3? does that mean you only do 3 more than printed using the HHSo2? I thought it was a replacement attack like blades.

It is a replacement : it replaces your current value with 1, it then modifies it by +1 for each successful attack, which means it caps at 4 damage (1+3) because of the rule of 3. This only takes into account damage value and doesn't count critical hits/objetcs/knockback damagee etc.
