Ok, if a character has two action tokens, and i use a different character for an action, do both of the action tokens go away or just one?

Whether or not another character takes an action has no effect on when tokens go away. Here's a couple of breakdowns for you:

Turn 1 - You have your character perform an action. They get a token.
Turn 2 - You have your character perform an action. They get a second token and take pushing damage (unless they have Willpower).
Turn 3 - You cannot take any action with this character. They must rest and clear all tokens at the end of the turn.

or

Turn 1 - You have your character perform an action. They get a token.
Turn 2 - You rest your character and their token is cleared at the end of the turn.

Just remember, each character can only do one action per turn (a lot of new players think that pushing means giving a character two tokens in one turn).
